Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use
telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet
customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with
placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Check-in customers and maintain
the flow and accuracy of the online scheduling calendar. Take customers picture
for out customer list database to assure that we serve only our customers in an
effort to prevent scamming of the system. We're looking for a skilled problem
solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an
enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a
unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for
this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies,
and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick
and accurate assistance to customers. 1 year experience required and
knowlegde of Windows operating system.

Codewithsharen LLC provides a monthly membership subscription video tutorial
based curriculum. That's setup for self-learning Coders/Programmers. The
curriculum is laid out for them to follow and to assist them on their journey to
becoming a self-taught proficient Coder. Coders have access to a dependable
learning structure or tree that they follow to help them stay on track, move in the
right direction, progress, grow, develop and strengthen their coding skills.

Codewithsharen LLC differs from Coding Bootcamps which offer in-class, full-
time, and extremely expensive courses. Our target market is individuals who
have set out to teach themselves how to code such as I did myself. Our business
model is a $99 monthly subscription plus a $99 annual fee. Where customers get
to come when it's convenient for them to one of our many workshops and watch
pre-selected video tutorials relating to their choice of programming language.
Following each video tutorial customers must complete an assignment with what
they've learned. Staff will be onsite to answer questions and help them
troubleshoot bugs in their program and/or lead them to the correct resource to
assist them with resolving their problem. Once assignments are completed
customers move on to the next level. At Codewithsharen LLC customers can
easily book a seat online to one of our many workshops. Our video tutorials are
available online as well if customers chose to study at home and only come into
our workshops to complete their assignments.
