This is another key office property within the heart of Belfast City Centre, some 50m from Belfast City Hall.
It was a dated building in need of substantial renovation. Work was completed in March 2020 to refurbish and extend the property to create 50,000 sq ft of modern retail and office space over ground and eight upper floors.
Built on a speculative basis at a cost of £8 million the building has been fully let to leading US based Cyber Security Software company Rapid 7 for a 10 year term at an annual rent of £1.14m (£23 psf). Along with the two additional ground floor retail units the building
