Hugo is one of the founders of Causeway Asset Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, with over 25 years’ post qualification experience and is a Fellow of The Institute of Directors and a Chartered Director. Following his Chartered Accountancy training with Deloitte, he spent
10 years in Belfast and Dublin as Financial Controller with C&C Plc, soft drinks manufacturers, 2 years as Managing Director with Tyrone Crystal, working in the UK and USA, and 3 years as Chief Executive of specialist joinery contractors MJM Group, working in the UK, USA and Poland.
Damian Mitchell

Damian is one of the founders of Causeway Asset Management. He is a qualified Chartered General Practice Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Damian has over 20 years' experience in the property industry. He is a former Director of Belfast based property consultants Lisney with a broad spectrum of experience in all areas of commercial and residential property. At Lisney, he specialised in property investment and development advising private and institutional clients on acquisitions, disposals and asset management across all property sectors throughout the
UK and Europe.
Brian Kearney

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Brian is one of the founders of Causeway Asset Management. He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
His experience encompasses all aspects of property and asset management across a broad spectrum of market sectors on a regional and national basis. Brian has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and started his career in 1995 with KP Developments subsequently Patann Limited before joining PBN Property Limited (renamed Kilmona Property Ltd) in 2006 as Senior Property Manager.

Patrick is supported in the management of the Kilmona Group by Causeway Asset Management (CAM) who are a highly experienced team of property and financial professionals. The four Directors in CAM (of which Patrick is one) are equal shareholders in CAM and have been working together for over 10 years negotiating the challenging journey through the recent financial downturn to ensure the Kilmona Group retain its status as one of the leading companies in the Northern Ireland property market.
