GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Stephen Joined Loughview Leisure Group as General Manager of Loughshore Hotel in 2007 and went on to be appointed as Group Operations Director in 2015 Stephen is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Groups hotel portfolio and has overseen the Group’s expansion and refurbishment programmes. Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality sector having previously worked in various roles within Hastings Hotel’s Group.
Christopher Kearney
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Christopher joined Loughview Leisure Group in 2013 as Financial Controller and was appointed as Finance Director in 2015. Christopher is responsible for managing the finance function
of the groups’ hotel portfolio
and he has sourced
and implemented key financial control software systems. Christopher has over 15 years’ experience within the finance industry having previously worked in credit risk & funds transfer departments within SONI.

Stephen joined Loughview Leisure Group in 2015 as
Sales & Marketing Manager having previously worked for the Group
in an Operations Manager's role. Stephen is responsible for managing the group's Sales & Marketing activity including social media. Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality sector having previously worked for Hilton Hotels in the USA
and Belfast as well as the Hastings Hotel’s Group.
