Subcontracts in the Contracts Repository

The Contracts Repository is a central location in The Shared Drive where all Vysnova contracts,
subcontracts, and supporting documents are stored and managed. All Vysnova personnel are
authorized to retrieve contracts and supporting documentation for their respective project(s). The
Contracts Repository holds ALL fully executed contractual documents for Vysnova, including but
not limited to:

• Prime Contracts- (Vysnova-Prime Contractor)
o IDIQs (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity)
o BPAs (Broad Purchase Agreements)
o Cooperative Agreements
o Task Orders
o Modifications to ALL government all contracts
o Proposals
o Subcontract Agreements
o Consulting Agreements
o Contract Data Sheets
• Subcontracts – (Vysnova-Subcontractor)
o Letter Contracts
o Proposals
o SOW/PWS
o Contract Data Sheets
• Miscellaneous Contracts
o Vendor Agreements
o Non-Project related subcontracts
