ESOP Statement Review
ESOP statements can be a challenge to read and understand. This
session can help new participants understand their statements and
is also a great refresher for those that need it. You’ll learn about the
different ESOP accounts, allocations, forfeitures and more.

Interview and Selection Process

In this session, team members will learn the importance of
compliance in the interview process, how to conduct interviews and
ask appropriate questions to assess qualifications, how to select the
best qualified candidate, and then closing the loop and providing
feedback to applicants.
