We encourage all of our team members to rest, renew and recharge outside of the office. This is
not only an important part of maintaining work/life balance, it’s proven to enhance performance and
brain function.
2022 Holiday Schedule
Holiday pay for all classifications is issued on a calendar year basis and is never earned or vested. The number of
holiday hours you have is based on your team member classification.
Full-time Office, Field Professional and part-time eligible team members (Classification 1-3) have 8 holidays per year.
For part-time team members, holiday hours will be prorated accordingly based on hours worked. If employment
status changes from full to part-time at any point during the calendar year, the remaining hours will be prorated for the
balance of the year.
New Year’s Day - Monday, January 3
Memorial Day - Monday, May 30
Independence Day - Monday, July 4
Labor Day - Monday, September 5
Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 24 & Friday, November 25
Christmas - Friday, December 23 & Monday, December 26
