Microsoft Project: Basic (Morning Session)
Brief review planning vs. scheduling and critical path calculation.
Learn how to use MS Project to develop a simple schedule, including
WBS. At completion, you will have the ability to develop a schedule
that has integrity and can analyze foat and the critical path.
