TUAN SYED HOESAIN HAIKAL BIN SYED SHAHABUDDIN

CHAIRMAN OF AISC

A professional with 20 years of experience in leading roles with core

competencies in strategic management, communications, and stakeholder
engagement. Syed Hoesain Haikal Bin Syed Shahabuddin has led multiple projects of

high impact to optimise organisation performance, infrastructure development,

business expansion and new commercial ventures.
In early 2024 he joined Sekolah Islam Adni as Chief Executive Officer and

Principal, bringing with him experience from multiple industries including

transportation, manufacturing, retail, and education. In the education sector, Tuan

Syed has had international stints as Graduate Research Assistant in Germany, New

Zealand, and Australia. For a number of years, he taught undergraduate courses as
a lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) and held many critical positions

including as Head of Department. His works in the academic and private sectors had

seen him presenting conference papers in Germany, New Zealand, and Kuala Lumpur
on various themes and research areas. He has also been involved with an

international organisation to organise digital and physical economic and academic
conferences locally and internationally.
