THE WAY WE FEEL IS
POINTLESS
You must learn, someday, that neither this world, nor any of its protagonists, turns,
outlines, or kisses according to the desires of your feelings. You will know, in time, that the nerves of wanting will be useless, they will fade away with you and disappear, like life and death. And the heat, the humidity of sex, the passion of candles, of your pores, of all your breathing, will be meaningless. Over the years you will only be junk.
You must learn, someday, that anger, and animosity, won’t take you down any new paths. That tragedies are only painful for a second, and the hours that follow are only there for learning, and enjoying. That friends, family, and lovers come and go, but you will always remain.
You must learn, someday, that forgiveness is your most important weapon, your strongest currency and your brightest thought; that nothing is as important as it looks and, in the end, everything is fixable. Everything, but death.
So now go, go on and condone them. Go on an absolve yourself. Go on and take the break the world is giving us. Go on and close your eyes a little bit longer, feel yourself just a little bit more.
