Actions Taken

Periodic monitoring and evaluation are conducted to extension activities. The
Extension Coordinator actually asked questions and problems encountered by the

adopters and beneficiaries for technical assistance and giving them advises to carry.
Feedbacks were recorded and noted to improve the delivery of extension services and

immediate responses/solutions were given to the problems encountered.

Normal visitations took place on the year 2019 to February of 2020, but because
of the challenged brought by the COVID19, adopters were monitored via call and

messaging.
