Mr. Milton Chan is CEO of Novetex Textiles Limited providing highly experienced executive
leadership to help organizations resolve complex business challenges. Milton has extensive

leadership, business and innovative expertise in the technology developments such as 1st
Upcycling factory in the world.
Apart from the Novetex, Milton is playing an important role for active participating to support

the growth of textile industry. So, he is the management team leader of many local
associations as below list. He believes “Sustainability” & “Innovative Technology” are the key
initiatives in running textiles business. Therefore, through the associations applied HK
government funding to provide several free resources to each industry textile partners to learn
and equip themselves, e.g. Re-industrialization Research Report, and High Index Advisory

Learning platform, etc.
