Scholarship Fund, Inc., a 501.c.3
educational nonprofit has made

its motto “Aspire to Inspire” a

visionary reality, by identifying
exceptional and emerging young

leaders and opening their eyes

to possibilities of specialized

career opportunities in business,
education, the arts, religion, Pat Dowell

public service, medicine, law and

other professions. The common 3rd Ward Alderman
denominator to realizing these City of Chicago

prospects, in accordance with

the Chicago Football Classic’s

mission, is significant --quality
higher education. And specifically

at the nation’s Historically

Black Colleges and Universities
(HBCUs).”
