“My YMCA community feels like family.
I love walking into the Y and knowing that my family is recognized as we enter the doors. Being at the Y has become part of my everyday life and I enjoy it.
The YMCA has had a huge impact
on the physical health of my family. I joined the Y so my son could be part
of YOTA Swim Team. Since joining, I
have seen incredible changes in my son, which include, but are not limited to,
him swimming 16 seconds faster in his 50-meter freestyle. I have gained a lot of muscle, my partner has combatted some health problems by working out regularly and the smaller children enjoy the pool.
The smiles are always big and genuine and if you are ever in need of encouragement or assistance, there is always someone willing to help.”
