The pandemic has been a worldwide catastrophe. Adverse
consequences have rippled into every single sector including the
educational institutions. I am proud of the fact that our team has shown
resilience in the face of adversity and has recalibrated to face the new
normal.

Hats off to Team SBSM. You never fail to deliver. You have, yet
again, in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, brought out a much sought
after Pallav edition – the 38th edition. Your positivity and creativity is
evident with this issue of Pallav and also the fact that students have taken
ownership of the effort required to achieve their goals.

“A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor”. It has been observed,
time and time again, that when things do not get easier we have become
stronger and I think, I am not mistaken, in saying that this pandemic has
made us more determined than ever before. We have conducted a lot of
competitions online, for students, parents and teachers alike. The
pandemic has taught us to harness technology for good, learn new skills,
and appreciate what we have ….. Pallav has brought all this to light. We
have realised, in so many little ways, that we have a lot to be thankful for. I
hope that we are given even more opportunities to unleash our talents in
the future.
