Through initiatives like the Community Partners Project, she secured government funding for CALD carer support across multiple communities. Recognised as an expert by the Department of Health and Ageing, Patrizia’s research, advocacy, and policy work have transformed multicultural dementia care across Australia.
Dr. Paula Zito is an extraordinary Italian-Australian academic, solicitor, and role model whose leadership, compassion, and courage inspire all who know her. As Senior Lecturer in Law at UniSA, she creates inclusive, student-centred learning and leads transformative initiatives in the Legal Advice Clinic, providing access to justice for vulnerable communities. Widely respected in academia and the legal profession, Paula exemplifies excellence, integrity, and social impact, making her a truly deserving recipient.
Stephanie Moore is a firm but fair prosecutor whose contributions beyond the courtroom are remarkable. Passionate about wellbeing, she has led initiatives within the DPP, including chairing the Social Club Committee and participating in psychosocial and vicarious trauma programs. A Law Society councillor, she champions lawyer wellbeing and mentors new practitioners, paralegals, and students. Stephanie also chairs the Mock Trial Advisory Committee, expanding opportunities to regional schools, and has long supported Aboriginal legal initiatives and community wellbeing, demonstrating leadership, compassion, and commitment to the profession.
