Angela Cavallaro is an experienced Registered Nurse with a distinguished career in neonatal care. As Nurse Unit Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, her leadership has transformed staff culture and improved care outcomes for newborns and infants. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and postgraduate qualifications in Paediatrics and Neonatal Care and serves on the board of the Red Tree Foundation supporting bereaved families.
Dina Giaccio is a creative talent in media and theatre. Now a senior artist and supervisor at the Festival Theatre, Dina mentors others with calm guidance. A gifted professional and natural leader, she inspires creativity, confidence, and authenticity in everyone she meets.
Frida Mareci is a resilient and visionary leader whose journey from medical scientist to business strategist exemplifies courage and reinvention. After surviving a life-threatening car accident in 2022, she redirected her strength into rebuilding Sculpt Healthcare, transforming it into a thriving, purpose- driven physiotherapy practice for over-60s. Now pursuing further studies in business and finance, Frida is a powerful example of determination, leadership, and quiet excellence.
Dr. Ilaria Pagani is a globally recognised biomedical scientist and community leader whose cancer research is improving care for Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia. Beyond the lab, she mentors emerging researchers, champions gender equity, and advocates for culturally inclusive healthcare. As co-founder of CML Australia and President of ARIA, she drives innovation, education, and bilateral collaboration.
Lisa Infante is a Mindset Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and Accountability Coach dedicated to transforming women’s wellbeing from the inside out. She holds Masters-level qualifications in Neuro- Linguistic Programming, Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy, and is a certified Neuro-Polarity Connection Coach. Her impact extends beyond clients, she leads wellbeing programs in schools, councils, and supports mental health initiatives like Talk Out Loud.
Nicolina Di Giovanni is a compassionate and innovative educator whose teaching centres on wellbeing, emotional growth, and inclusivity. She brings cultural richness and empathy to her Reception classroom, where students thrive in a nurturing, mindful environment. Nicolina incorporates body positivity, emotional regulation, and calming strategies into daily learning, supporting the mental and emotional health of every child. Through her popular Instagram page she inspires educators across Australia.
Dr. Tonia Mezzini is a leading Sexual Health Physician, known for her compassionate, multidisciplinary approach to sexual, hormonal, and reproductive health. With degrees in Medicine, Psychiatry, and Sexual Health, she specializes in areas such as menopause, cancer survivorship, STIs, and chronic pelvic pain. Dr. Mezzini has held leadership roles at SHine SA, and teaches widely in her field, and communicates in the media. She is also founder of La Signora Products, creating care solutions for women with complex health needs. Her work bridges physical and psychological wellbeing, advocating for holistic, patient- centred care.
