Livia D’Aloia has dedicated over 43 years to teaching Italian in South Australian public schools, inspiring thousands of students through her passion, innovation, and inclusive approach. Dr. Roberta De Bei is a plant physiologist with a background in viticulture research. She completed her PhD in viticulture, enology, and marketing at the University of Padova, and she is now a senior scientist and Director at Plant & Food Research Australia. Passionate about science communication, she supports Italian-Australian research through ARIA and collaborates with the Italian Embassy and Consulate on public science events.

A KBDi-accredited designer and mentor, Tania has won the SA Medium Kitchen Design Award and was a Designer of the Year finalist.
