01 Meet face to face

05 When selected as your broker we sign a listing agreement
06 Establishment fee invoice is created and paid
07 A checklist is provided to assist you in what information we require to start assessing your business
08 Financials are recast and a market appraisal is put forward to the vendor
09 An Information Memorandum (IM) is created
10 A sales and marketing plan in finalised, approved and starts to be implemented
11 Once everything is approved, we take the business to market
Note; Once appointed as your broker – depending on the timing and quality of your information – we are generally on the market within 10 days.
