                 The Secondary Years
YEARS 7-12
In the Secondary years, students are introduced to a blended learning approach, which incorporates face-to-face teaching, flipped classrooms and online learning. Blended learning emphasises critical skills needed beyond the classroom and in the workplace:
Creativity | Collaboration | Communication | Critical Thinking | Cooperation.
The Secondary School runs on a weekly timetable with lesson times varying throughout the week depending on the theory or practical nature of each subject. Class sizes continue to be small and students move throughout the school to different rooms to access the variety of subject specialists.
Teachers differentiate all lessons to ensure that students can achieve success. Students follow the Stage 4, 5 and 6 NSW Education Standards Life Skills Curriculum. At the completion of Year 12 students will receive a Recognition of School Achievement (ROSA).
