Process Cost Method
This recommended approach uses the full functionality of PSV in determining the cost. A quote is generated using the press, digital and charge definitions with each process individually costed. Setting up the Pre-cut Label Cut charge definition is based on the following assumption:
• Cutting Charge based on 1000 SRA3 sheets per month $0.21
• Labour $0.49/min. Allowed 10 mins per hour of operation = Labour per hour $4.90
• Mark-up in this instance has been set at 3 x total cost
