very limited service technicians , the more machines that get out there the more diluted the support will be
Great to be able to do short run cheap stickers and labels of any size within an SRA3 sheet
Gives you the confidence to create stickers to any size requested by client and creates opportunity for some basic die cutting jobs
The main reason why I bought it 2 years ago was to stop wasting money on pre-cut labels sheets. Plus point the opportunity to combine high quality Indigo printing plus Xerox Gold and Silver inks for labels.

Financial Analysis
Key Assumptions:
1. Price Based on Starleaton CE7000 with F-Mark 2 cutter - $8200 ex gst (group purchase deal. Refer to separate quotation from supplier)
2. Annual Maintenance calculated over a 5 year term with 24 months under warranty and 36 months under a service contract of $600 per annum. (The service contract is optional but included in our costsing)
3. Allowed for 1 replacement pack of 5 blades per annum from supplier however blades are available at significantly lower cost from Amazon and Ebay.
4. Power consumption based on 100w per hour had no material effect on cost analysis and was not included.
5. Allocation of rental floor space (approx. 1.5m2) not calculated in costing.
6. Base Cost has been calculated assuming a depreciation over 5 years to zero residual
value.
7. Time taken to cut sheets provided by Snap Norwest and Laverton North based on
measured actual times on the CE6000 and adjusted slightly to allow for the faster cut
time of the CE7000.
8. Typical split for classification of cuts is based on how long it takes to cut the sheet and
so a good measure is the number of labels up on a sheet. Although the calculations below have been made on these splits the material effect is minimal and the average was taken for input into PSV. The detail below is a guide.
Simple Cut - 20 up and below (approx. time to cut SRA3 sheet 40 sec)
Moderate Cut – 21- 80 up on a sheet (approx. time to cut SRA3 sheet 60 sec)
