Graphtec CE7000 Cutter + F-Mark 2 Feeder
The F-MARK2 Automatic Sheet Feeder Unit, which includes the Graphtec CE7000 cutter, is designed to automatically feed and contour cut media size up to 350 x 500mm without the need for an operator, although it is recommended that it is regularly checked during processing. We have allowed 10 minutes per hour of production time in our costing based on feedback from Snap Centres. An arm with air suction cups lifts the media from the supply tray and places it in the cutter.
Included Software and CCD Camera accurately align media for contour / perforation cutting of pre-printed graphics - efficiently freeing up labour to work on other tasks. Once completed, each sheet neatly falls into the Exit Tray. Additional sheets of the same design can be loaded during cutting without resending the job from a computer, further enhancing productivity.
It can handle up to 200 sheets (depend on the thickness) of media in a continuous cycle but with the ability to add further sheets as required without interrupting the cutting
process. This is a capability that Graphtec consider sets the F-Mark2 Automatic Sheet Feeder apart from any comparable sheet-fed system. 450 Grams of down force enable users to produce small and medium size runs of: labels, business cards, heat transfer apparel, and more.
Files are prepared using Adobe Illustrator to create the keyline and add registration marks to the imposed file. At the same time as sending the file to the printer the job is imported into the iMark Plus Software which connects to the cutter. Feeding the printed sheets, the cutter will register the marks and cut as per the keyline cut profile.
