Early Start Australia target acquisition criteria
Clinics with the following attributes are ideally suited to join Early Start Australia:
• Annual revenue greater than $500,000
• Profitable operating history
• A focus on multi-disciplinary paediatric allied health, or speciality paediatric services
• Established reputation as a high-quality service provider
• Evidence of sound clinical standards with appropriately qualified and experienced clinicians
• Existing client waitlist
• Clinic locations that allow for growth and expansion (multi-site practices are desirable but not
essential)
