How will my role change?
You will continue to operate your clinic in a leadership capacity and continue to support your team and clients, alongside the added support of the Early Start Australia business support team.
What if I’m looking to exit from my practice and not continue in a business management role?
Early Start Australia works with practice owners at all stages in the life of their business, including those looking to move on to new opportunities, take on more of a clinical role, or even retire. We develop new leaders to ensure succession and continued business objectives are realised.
What about my team?
Our goal is to welcome existing team members into Early Start Australia. To date over 99%
of therapists from acquired practices have chosen to join Early Start Australia. Our transition process is very attentive to the needs of team members navigating the changes and all efforts are undertaken to minimise disruption, evidenced by our success rates.
What is the process to join Early Start Australia?
To understand more about Early Start Australia’s proposition for owners, contact one of our Group Development team members who will organise a confidential discussion.
The initial conversation will focus on getting to know each other’s businesses, your objectives and to better understand the opportunities of working together, ensuring the right fit for both parties.
If you are interested in going further, we will prepare a confidentiality agreement to enable sharing of more detailed information that allows us to then proceed to a formal offer for your business.
Following discussion and agreement on the offer, Early Start Australia will conduct a due diligence process and progress to a sales agreement.
The Early Start Australia team will work closely with you to ensure an efficient ownership transition occurs, and your staff are well supported throughout the process.
