Attaching to each objective is a range of specific activities and tasks to be developed in consultation with the board and executive. Further input will be sought from members with respect to those objectives requiring a change to the company’s constitution.
In determining the sequencing of activities and tasks during the implementation phase, consideration will be required as to the ‘prioritisation’ of the objectives. Each objective has been assigned a priority rating based on a preliminary assessment of importance and urgency. These are summarised in Table 1 below.

Tier 1 objectives have received the highest priority in terms of implementation process scheduling. Tier 2 objectives will be considered as part of the ordinary course of business throughout 2020 and Tier 3 objectives are likely to require input from the new board.
With a focus on establishing the new board, it is intended that the implementation of the recommendations outlined in the Report will be largely achieved by 31 December 2020.
