Hi Barry,
Details of DOJ: Marvin Hernandez (202 616 4760) in the investigations division dealt with my letter (attached) and forwarded it to the FBI for investigation. I spoke with him early this month and he confirmed that the people identified in the letter were agents and that this was the reason he has taken further action on the matter. He will receive a copy of the repsonse from the FBI and at least in this way, stay involved. The original letter I sent Jan 05 was not in their records when I called, but the April follow up was.
