Barry,
I spoke with Marvin this morning. He has not received a copy of the letter you forwarded to me [10 February 2006: DOJ letter to John Wilson via Barry Fisher] and asked that I forward a copy to him. He reconfirmed the process to date as discussed with each of us previously, including confirmation of the people identified in the letter as being agents of the FBI.
Below is a draft of the email I propose to send to Marvin. Please let me know if you have any comments/changes and I will plan to send the final to Marvin later today.
