Page 311 - The Untold Story of the FBI
P. 311

 Hi Marvin,
Please find the letter from Timothy C. Campbell from the Inspection Division of the FBI dated February 10, 2006 attached.
As reviewed today over the phone with yourself, the process of this inquiry to date has been –
1. I sent a letter to the Department of Justice January 17, 2005
2. You were able to confirm that the people named in the letter were FBI agents
3. On account of the identification of these as FBI agents you forwarded my letter to the FBI for
internal investigation
4. I received the above letter from Timothy Campbell which states that the people confirmed as
agents by the DOJ are not employed by the FBI. However this letter did not confirm whether at any stage these people had been employed by the FBI or in what capacity. This is in direct conflict with my experience and your advice to myself and my attorney.
I would like to have this matter resolved. In particular, I would appreciate your advice as to what options are available to me to gain official acknowledgement of this near 10 year investigation, how this matter can be resolved most expeditiously, and how I might work with you to this end.
Thank you. John Wilson
