wrong with her fast-bowling skills. Saanvi has improved immensely this year, and we're confident she's our next "Schutt"!
Suryaa: A true all-rounder and the team's best catcher, Suryaa is a consistently cheerful and impactful performer. His accurate bowling, delivered with a surprisingly short run-up, often bamboozles opposition batters, earning him this year's Best Bowler award. His contributions were key to the team's success.
Aryan: Our Best All-Rounder, Aryan's batting has been outstanding. His ability to hit boundaries and rotate strike was crucial in both setting and chasing targets. As a disciplined pace bowler, he consistently takes wickets with his pace. He's also incredibly sharp in the field, making numerous direct-hit run-outs, which earned him the Best Player of the Team award.
Aadvan: Another fantastic all-rounder, Aadvan was a reliable source of runs and wickets in his first year with the team. He's a clean hitter, reminding us of Yuvraj Singh, and deservingly received the Best Batter award.
Prayaan: New to cricket this season, Prayaan impressed everyone with how quickly he picked up the skills. His enthusiasm in fielding, batting, and bowling was truly outstanding.
Haran: Haran possesses a great attitude and is a keen learner. He boasts the best cover drive we've seen this season and is incredibly quick in the field, often stealing runs from the opposition right under their noses. He's a very calm and composed character.
Birat: A natural leg spinner, Birat's accurate deliveries often leave batsmen bewildered. He's shown significant improvement in his batting, smashing a few sixes this season, and is quick between the wickets, reliably stealing runs. He's a very dependable player in all aspects of the game.
David: David is a highly committed player who is always active in the field. He's made great strides in his bowling, cleverly foxing batters with his flighted deliveries. His batting skills have also improved this season, and he's always eager to learn more.
Muhammad: Muhammad is an enthusiastic and supportive team member who always gives his best. He's had some impressive batting and bowling performances this season and is an excellent team player, always encouraging and supporting his teammates when they need it.
It’s impressive to see the bonding they have developed among themselves that this was the second season the whole team played together cricket as well as soccer.
Red
Season 2024-25 proved to be an awesome year for the U/10 Red team. We welcomed one new player to the team Riley Fury who ended up topping the batting averages for the season and had a fantastic rookie season proving most valuable in all areas almost getting the bowling award too. When it came to deciding the awards for the year in the bowling department we had 4 bowlers within 1 wicket of each other (22&21 wickets each ). In a photo finish Jack Munro got home in a very tight contest Jack has become our team’s Mitchell Starc a left arm quick who on his day can run through any batting lineup. Our team award went to Eddie Cooper. Eddie picked up a hat trick ( in fact 4 wickets in 5 balls )
