San Foundation Ambassador
Each year San Foundation takes the opportunity
to recognise a staff member who champions the San Foundation on every occasion and this year we are delighted to recognise Linda Abbott, Senior GP Liaison as our Ambassador!
Linda goes above and beyond and consistently creates meaningful relationships with patients, staff and doctors. Linda continues to show her support by creating awareness for the San Foundation and for that we thank you.
The San’s Merritt Kellogg Museum is now open for tours!

San Foundation is helping raise awareness for breast cancer
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in support San Foundation encouraged all staff to wear pink throughout the month of October!
Sydney Adventist Hospital's San Breast Care service is home to a multidisciplinary team providing personalised care with excellent patient outcomes, underpinned by some of the best research, technology and education in the field of breast health.
Are you a San Baby?
If you are, have or know of a special San Baby, let us know!
The first ‘San Baby’ arrived in 1903 and now over 2,000 babies are born here each year. Every baby is special and with each birth, we welcome another member into our community.
Through the generosity and support
of people like you, San Foundation has enabled the purchase of a new Vital Signs Monitor for our Special Care Nursery that will assist doctors and nurses to constantly observe babies needing critical care at birth. It also allows easy 24/7 checking of our tiniest patients’ heartbeats, breathing and blood pressure so any problems can be dealt with immediately.
