Dr Ross Adams Orthodontist
Ross was born in Queensland but grew up in West Pymble. He studied Dentistry at Sydney University, graduating with Honours in 1979. Ross also joined the RAAF and
his first posting was in Adelaide. The next few years saw a number of moves and he and his wife welcomed the births of their two children.
In 1988, Ross was fortunate to
be sponsored by the RAAF to
study orthodontics in Manchester, England. His family had a great time visiting all manner of interesting places while Ross studied – at least he got to see the travel pictures! On completion of his Master’s
in Orthodontics, they returned to Sydney. Ross joined the Hills Orthodontics family in 1997.
Ross has a keen interest in aesthetic treatment options; he practises
the lingual technique and uses other low-visibility appliances, in addition to traditional orthodontic techniques.
In his free time Ross enjoys spending time with his family, including playing in-line hockey with his son, and watching his daughter and granddaughter play netball.
“One of the most rewarding aspects
of my job is seeing the and self-esteem in patients as a result
of their new smile.”
