Sub :-Sanction of Ex-India Leave

Sri. A PRABHAKAR ,TECH-II,SSE/DSL/GY ,PF 245II110046 in Personnel Department vide
his/her application dated 09.12.2020 has requested to sanction of ex-India leave to visit
USA on tourism account his son marriage in USA. from 03.05.2021 TO 31.07.2021
to visit USA (90 days). Hes is having a total of 301 days LAP and 300 days LHAP in
his account as on 16.02.2021 The said employee has submitted the following documents
for the above purpose.
(a) NOC for obtaining Passport : Folio No. 01
(b) Bank statement of SBI/GTL : Folio 10 &11
(c) Passport Photocopy of Self : Folio No.07 TO 09
(d) Residential address reference : Folio No.09
(e) Total expenditure of the visit : Rs. 39000/-
The copy of letter certifying that the employee is free from DAR/SPE/Vigilance cases
by SDGM office/SCR dated 30.05.19 (F-22) may please be pursued.
As per SOP 16 F(Est) Sl.No.12 (e) (F-49) the DRM is the competent authority to
sanction
Ex-India Leave (LAP) in respect of division controlled post sup to a period of TWO years.
