FREE IN-UNIT INSPECTION
AVAILABLE FOR WAL RESIDENTS
Did you know WAL provides one free annual in-unit inspection upon re-
quest? Give a maintenance staff member about an hour of your time and
they’ll look over the main components of your unit.
Items they may inspect include your unit’s dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen
and bathroom sinks, toilets, bathtubs, drains, drain lines, washing machine
hoses, filters, smoke detectors, plumbing valves, caulking, windows, etc.
They’ll provide you with a report detailing recommended repairs or replace-
ments. If a condition that necessitates work by an outside contractor is not-
ed, that will be on the report as well.
By requesting the inspection, the unit owner understands and agrees that the
Association does not make any warranties, expressed or implied, as to the
inspections, any materials used, or any work performed.
