Cut two 28cm x 14cm rectangles from white card. Score and fold them both in half.
Die cut two 11.5cm circles into each rectangle, one either side of the folds.
Die cut two 14cm squares. Cut an 11.5cm circle into each square.
Score and fold the squares in half. Cut two lengths of invisible thread measuring roughly 10cm and stick one to the back of the fold line on each square.
Score and fold both halves of the rectangles in half. Fold in the opposite direction to the centre folds made in step 1.
Die cut four 4.5cm circles from white card. Stamp your desired sentiments and designs onto the circles and stick them together in pairs, back-to-back to sandwich the threads in between.
Concertina the two rectangles and position upright back-to-back. From a bird’s-eye view, this should be like a
W on top of an M. Fold each piece flat and lay on the table so that the semi circles are aligned.
Place one square over the top of both pieces, once attached this will secure and stabilise the card. Do this by aligning the outer edges of the square with one concertina, also ensuring that the fold line in the square lines up with the folded edge of the concertina, secure the second concertina to the same square. Turn the card over and repeat on the other end.
Die cut eight 12cm circle frames from blue card, using a 9.7cm die at the same time to cut the rings with one pass through your die cutting machine for each.
Score and fold each of the rings in half. Stick them onto the card in each of the folds to finish.
