• Blue cardstock
• Green cardstock
• Complimentary backing paper

Cut, score and fold white cardstock to create a 23cm
x 20cm tent card. Cut two rectangles, a 21cm x 18cm from blue cardstock and a 20cm x 17cm from white cardstock. Mat together using foam tape and mat onto the card.
Cutthreerectanglesfrom complimentary backing paper, a 20cm x 8cm and two 20cm x 1cm. Ink around the edges and mat onto the card.

3. UsingtheHeartsdieset,cutNo.11 from blue cardstock and two No. 12 from complimentary backing paper and white cardstock. Ink around the backing paper heart and cut the white heart in half. Mat together using foam tape as shown.
4. UsingtheSentiment3D Decoupage Congratulations die set, cut Congratulations 2 and Swirl from the free Charisma download. Mat onto the heart.
5. UsingtheSentiment3D Decoupage Congratulations die set, cut Congratulations 1 from the free Charisma download. Mat onto the heart and mat onto the card.
6. UsingtheLeavesFlourishesdie set, cut an assortment of leaves from green cardstock. Mat onto the card and top with paper flowers to finish.
