Score and fold an A4 piece of cream cardstock in half. Using the Large Circles die set, place No. 1 slightly over the fold and cut to create a circular card. Fold the front in half to create an easel. Using the Circles die set, cut No. 15 into the front.
UsingtheLargeCirclesdieset, cut No. 1 from cream cardstock. Using the Circles die set, cut No. 15 into the centre to make a frame. Mat onto the card.
3. UsingtheCirclesdieset,cut
No. 19 and No. 15 together from complimentary backing paper. Cut No. 16 and No. 15 together from green cardstock. Mat together onto the card.
4. UsingtheCirclesdieset,cutNo. 18 from green cardstock and trim the top, mat onto the inside of the card.
5. UsingtheSentiment3D Decoupage Happy Birthday die set, cut Happy Birthday 1 and 2 from the free Charisma download. Mat together onto the card.
6. Matsomepaperflowersontothe card. Mat some on the inside to create a stopper.
