Seek Out Opposing Views

Before buying into a position seek out opposing viewpoints

We often seek out people who agree with us to uphold our belief that we are right

This does not help and is called “Confirmation Bias”

If we want to buy into company Y at an all time high because everyone is buying

and we fear missing out and ask a yes man if they agree they simply do nothing to

help us from taking a huge loss
