                   Neuman Hotel Group

LISA MANYON PROVIDED BY NEUMAN HOTEL GROUP
otted throughout the Rogue Valley, Neuman Hotel Group boasts
five distinct properties, each with its own flavor and style. Popular
Dto tourists visiting our area, locals are also known to book a stay-
cation and enjoy being a tourist in our own backyard.

Co-created with the visionary leadership of Doug Neuman and the creative
flair of his wife Becky Neuman, each property offers a personality of its
own, designed to embody the spirit of Southern Oregon.

Becky shares that she and Doug fell in love with the Rogue Valley. “Doug
feels that Southern Oregon is on the path of progress. Ashland is a small
town with special unique features and opportunities. It has culture, a
university, theater, outdoor activities, four seasons and a low population Ashland Springs Hotel
base. These combined create opportunity and popularity. And because
we have built a strong effective management team it has made sense to
expand into other unique hospitality projects. We as Neuman Hotel Group
have a strong desire to improve visitors’ and locals’ Southern Oregon
        experience.”

“When Doug chooses a new property, I’m brought in as the creative force
to breathe new life into the property via design. He’s the visionary and I’m
the creative. I always have an eye to maintaining some of the original archi-
tecture and design integrity.” Becky explains, “I’ve been blessed to work
with many talented designers including Candra Scott, Jennifer Bright and
Laurel Walter to name a few. The motto of Oregon is ‘She flies with her
own wings.’ I have found my wings via creative design and direction.”

Upon experiencing the personality of each property, I’m inclined to agree.

                      ASHLAND SPRINGS HOTEL

Built in 1925, Ashland Springs Hotel was the tallest building between
Portland and San Francisco and likely remains the tallest structure in
Ashland. The European flair of this property has been preserved and
        restored to include original artifacts.
