Q: For those interesting on turning the weekend into
a staycation, are you working with a particular hotel at
Lake Las Vegas?

A: Yes, the Westin Lake Las Vegas is our official lodg-
ing partner of the event. We are grateful that they are
providing a special discount to our guests who want to
make an overnight stay out of it. We have a special page
on our website for our Lodging Partner and packages
they are offering with a special coupon code. You can

Q: If members of the community would like to donate
items for the silent auction, what is the best way to do
that?

A: The silent auction is a huge part of the event in terms
of fundraising. With little cost to put on, almost all of
the funds raised are donated to the charities. We appre-
ciate any and all donations; nothing is too big or too
small. We have items valued at $25 and items valued at

Q: As a non-profit, do you have a staff or do you work
mostly off of volunteers?

A: We have zero staff. As a 501c3 non-profit event we
have no staff and no rent as we don’t have a physical
location/office space we pay for. We work entirely with
volunteers and greatly appreciate anyone who signs
on to help, as we have numerous jobs available dur-
ing those three days. We have high school students,
retired adults and everyone in between. It takes a large
group of volunteers to pull this entire event off and we
