CENTRAL OREGON IS THE ULTIMATE OREGON GOLF EXPERIENCE
hat if I told you the ultimate Oregon
golf experience is closer than you
Wthink?
It’s closer than Bandon. It’s drier than Portland.
It’s more complete than Coeur d’Alene.
It’s Central Oregon—home to the Central
Oregon Golf Trail, 30 exceptional courses
and nearly as many brewpubs. It’s home to
whitewater thrill rides, world-class fishing,
whiskey bars and tranquil alpine lakes. It’s
home to 300 days of sun and where a golf
vacation can turn into so much more.
The Bend-Sunriver area features three courses Tetherow
in Golf Digest’s Top 100 and half of Golfweek’s
Top 10 courses in Oregon. Better yet? All of the
courses are within 45 minutes of each other.
Our destination resorts—Tetherow, Pronghorn,
Sunriver and Black Butte Ranch—offer
luxurious lodging, diverse on-site dining and,
of course, world-class golf.
At Sunriver Resort, 63 holes of golf includes
the highly acclaimed Crosswater Club, which
has hosted a Champions Tour major and
several NCAA championships. In 2017 the
Crosswater and Meadows courses will host
the PGA Professional National Championship
in June for the fourth time.
The Caldera Links short course is perfect for
an emergency 9 to settle any outstanding bets. Black Butte Ranch
Pronghorn Resort is just east of Bend and
offers a secluded golf oasis with an upscale
Tuscan-villa vibe. The Jack Nicklaus Signature
Course and private Tom Fazio Course are both
immaculate and cut through an ancient juniper
forest. You won’t find better putting surfaces
anywhere.
