Custom home designs by luxus DESIGN BUILD strive to

Recently launched by Michael Gardner, principal of studio g
ARCHITECTURE, luxus DESIGN BUILD, is licensed for resi-
dential and commercial building in Nevada. A recent project that
exemplifies the goals and philosophy of luxus DESIGN BUILD is
the 2019 New American Remodel. The 5,800 square-foot home
located in Las Vegas showcases innovative and modern trends in
design and technology, as well as green building techniques. The
home truly illustrates how current industry advancements can be
utilized in remodeling a home to produce maximum performance
while also boasting aesthetic appeal
The 2019 New American Remodel debuted during the 2019
International Builders’ Show, sponsored by the National Asso-
ciation of Home Builders and Pro Remodeler. The remodel was
extensive, eventually leading to what today’s luxury homebuyers
want with multi-generational living, upscale amenities, entertain-
ing spaces, and low maintenance materials
Designed by Michael Gardner, the home was his third project
for the International Builders’ Show and his first in the remodel
category. “I definitely saw this project as the perfect opportunity
to showcase the variety of services my firm offers, from designing
to building,” he said. Gardner is no stranger to remodels, however,
boasting over 20 of his own with studio g ARCHITECTURE
