They are dedicated to supporting local community
and enlisted many talented businesses to create their
vision. MacJack Media worked as the graphic designer
and influenced the décor and work of many local art-
ists and crafters. Partnerships ranged from Cruz welding
who did interior and exterior signs and art, Wrap It Up
Graphics who did the artwork on the wall and bar, REDStudios
who did the epoxy bar, John Skoken’s Metal Art for individually
custom designed table bases, and A Vintage Girl Shop for some
steampunk wall art, wings, and décor.
The owners each have their favorite cocktail and invite you to
try them. Michael likes it spicy and recommends the Mango
Habanero Martini featuring Steam’s Habanero Vodka. Terry’s
pick is the Stone Fence, with pressed apple juice aged in an
American White Oak and Rye Whiskey, and Scott’s drink of
choice is the Nuckin Futz, A Seltzer featuring Steam’s Pineapple
Vodka, mango and coconut.
Steam Distillery is currently
licensed to sell their Vodka
as a retail outlet. Guests
can come in and buy bottles
direct from the distillery.
Consumers also can expect
to see bottles including the
small batch vodka and haba-
nero vodka hit liquor store
shelves in Southern Oregon
late spring to early summer.
Steam Distillery is an expe-
rience you will undoubtedly
enjoy. They are currently
open Tuesday through
Sunday from 4 p.m. to 10
p.m. Visit them to check
out the ambiance, and be sure to stay and enjoy dinner accom-
panied by their handcrafted cocktails featuring local flavors of
the Pacific Northwest. For
