                       CHRIS DENNETT moved to the Rogue
                       Valley at the age of nine in 1983, when
                       his family opened the McCully House
                       in Jacksonville as a bed and breakfast.
                       He has been in the food industry since
                       1993, including working in hospitality
                       in both Scotland and Australia, in 1994
                       and 1997-98 respectively. Dennett
                       opened Elements in 2006, followed
         by Beerworks Medford in 2011 and Beerworks Jacksonville
         in 2016. He is a co-founder and organizer for Medford Beer
         Week and the Southern Oregon Craft Brew Festival.
                       EZRA MARCOS  is an event and
                       commercial photographer based in
                       Southern Oregon. He has documented
                       events for Asante, MOCA Jacksonville,
                       World of Wine, Save Africa Global,
                       Science Works, The Cummer Museum,
                       Britt, and EU Jacksonville. He has been a
                       contributing photographer for Southern
                       Oregon Magazine for several years.

                       JERRY CLARKSON  is a freelance
                       photographer  living  in  Southern
                       Oregon. He spent most of his early
                       career doing weddings and portraits and
                       now focuses on sports and commercial
                       photography. His sports images capture
                       the  raw  emotion  during  the  heat of
                       an intense, competitive game and he
                       enjoys the challenge, teamwork and
         creativity associated with commercial photography. Freelancing
         gives him the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and

                       LYNN LEISSLER is a freelance writer
                       living in Southern Oregon, where she
                       enjoys the cultural and scenic variety
                       of the area. She writes for various
                       publications, and enjoys quilting,
                       reading, gardening and traveling.
                       She is currently working on her first
                       novel, while her cat, Kris Kringle,
                       looks on from his windowsill perch.

                       BRITTANY ARNOLD  is the wife of a
                       bearded logger and mother of two
                       girls.  A  born-and-raised  Portland
                       girl, Brittany now makes her home in
                       Southern Oregon’s gorgeous Umpqua
                       Valley. Life dramatically changed from
                       cocktail dresses, high heels, and happy
                       hours to ballet practice, chickens, church
                       potlucks, and hunting season. In addition
         to working as a freelance writer and photographer, Brittany is
         the event manager  for the  Umpqua Economic Development
         Partnership. She is passionate about the community she lives in,
         the people in it, and while she will always have her city roots – she
         is madly in love with small-town, Southern Oregon living.
