“The beauty of the game is it never gets old trying to help
players improve,” he says. “It constantly reinvents itself and
no matter what the age or ability, seeing people improve
makes it all worthwhile.” What sets GOLFTEC apart is it
is a one-stop setup. Whether players are looking for les-
sons (on-site or on the golf course) or club fitting, the
staff is trained to bring out the best. In fact, walking into
GOLFTEC, one would think they’ve entered a mad sci-
entist’s lab. There are hundreds of clubheads and shafts
available to fit the clubs to the student. There are also
gadgets everywhere that help instructors pinpoint weak
spots in a players’ swing. Yes, it's a lab and the instructors
may even be scientists in their own way, but there's nothing
mad about it. Everybody is unique in what they want and
what their problems are. It all starts out with understanding
what a player wants. It’s easy to go from Point A to Point B,
but there’s a lot involved. It’s dependent on the player. What
they want is what we deliver.”

They have other aspects of the center to help students along
the way. This includes video sessions as well as GOLFTEC’s
