square-foot Clubhouse, designed by award-
winning architectural firm Swaback Partners. The
interior was designed by the renowned TAL Stu-
dio, whose work includes Encore Resort & Tower
Suites, Four Seasons Lanaii and the Chicago Man-
darin Hotel.

ing interior and exterior spaces. This dramatic ex-
