The busy realtor just sold the highest priced
home ever in Lincoln Park -$10 million, at
1866 N. Howe, and she had sold the same
home in 2010 for $8.5 million. And, at 1336
ANN GERBER N. State Pkwy., Janet got the top price ever
paid in the Gold Coast, asking $7.85 million,
putting Owen over the top in $50 million in 2013 sales.
