Gold Coast condo sells for $17.4 million, year’s
second-highest price
In another sign of the surge at the top of the market, this is the second home sale at $15
million or more so far in 2022.

No. 9 Walton, the Gold Coast tower where a 30th-floor condo sold quietly for $8.96 million.
A condo at super-luxury building No. 9 Walton sold in March for $17.4 million, the
second-highest price so far in a year where the top of the market has been
supercharged.
The 34th-floor condo was not listed on the public market. Its March sale showed up in
real estate records today and was first reported by The Real Deal.
The sale transpired within a few days of a buyer paying $20 million for the unfinished
penthouse at the Trump International Hotel & Tower, the highest price of the year so
far.
