In just seven days, there has been not one, not two, but three condo listings over $10 million
hit the market in downtown Chicago. A week ago, a raw 12,500 square foot duplex residence
at Lincoln Park 2550 entered the market at $13 million, becoming this year’s priciest condo
listing. However, it didn’t take long to be dethroned as just days later, this three-level penthouse
sandwiched between Lake Shore Drive and the Mag Mile listed for a whopping $15.5 million.
In addition to these two, another raw space, this time at the Ritz-Carlton Residences joined
the $10+ million plus club and hit the market with an $11.2 million ask.
