                                        JANET OWEN WINS THE HIGHEST HONOR
                          AT CHICAGO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS 2013 SALES AWARDS EVENT


             CHICAGO, IL – Janet Owen of Prudential Rubloff Properties received the top honor at Chicago Association of Realtors 2013

      Residential Sales Awards Event held at The Drake Hotel on Wednesday, March 12 .  The Platinum Volume award was given to
      Individuals (Non-Team) for selling between $45 Million and $158 Million in real estate transactions last year.

             Owen recently broke her own record of selling the highest priced single family residence in Lincoln Park ever recorded in the
      Multiple Listing Service.  This also marks the largest individual sale within the entire Prudential Rubloff Chicago and Suburban offices
      for 2013.

             1866-70 North Howe Street is an 11,000 square foot residence on a triple lot with an asking price of $10 Million and closed in
      December 2013.  The sale price surpasses Owen’s own sale of the same residence from 2010 which originally sold for the full asking
      price of $8.5 Million.

             Owen also recently broke her own record by selling the highest sale of a Gold Coast single family residence recorded in the
      Multiple Listing Service since 2008, 1336 North State Parkway, with an asking price of $7.85 Million.

             The sale of these two residences places Owen over the $50 Million mark in closed sales by an individual for the end of the
      year 2013.  “It just proves that Chicago’s upper end luxury market is alive and doing very well,” says Owen.

             Owen works with her clients on an individual basis rather than with a “team” of other brokers.  She prides herself on giving
      personal attention to the homes and to her Buyers and Sellers.  With Owen, it is about the quality of service that every home and eve-

             Owen has been a top producing agent throughout her 20-year career, and is consistently in the top 1% of real estate brokers

      Park,  DePaul  and  Michigan  Avenue/Streeterville  neighborhoods,  and  she  has  sold  over  $500  Million  in  residential  single  family

             Owen received Prudential Rubloff Properties’ Chairman’s Circle-Diamond Award, the highest level of achievement awarded
      by Prudential.  This award recognizes the top one-half of one percent of the Network’s approximately 50,000 sales professionals
      based on gross commission income or closed units.  She has also received the LuxeHome 25 award that honors the top 25 luxury
      real estate brokers in Chicago who sold the most homes valued at $1.5 Million or more between 2011 and 2012 and who have the
      most active listings over $1.5 Million as of June 1, 2012.  Earlier this year, Owen was named one of REAL Trends’ Best Real Estate
      Agents in America.  REAL Trends’ ranks nearly 6,500 residential real estate agents solely based on their excellence in real estate
      sales during calendar year 2012.  Owen was also selected for the third year in a row by clients, peers and industry experts as Chica-
      go Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent, featured in special section of Chicago Magazine.
